“Founded in 1933 in Bauchrieh by Lebanese shareholders, mainly the Jabre family , the Almaza Brewery was initially called “Brasserie Franco-Libano-Syrienne”. In spite of many damages due to various bombardments during the Lebanese war, the brewery continues its activity, and is today the only big brewery in the country.
Mild and smooth, this superb light Almaza Pilsener is brewed & bottled by Brassierie Almaza, Lebanon. Almaza Pilsener was originally developed under the technical supervision of Amstel Brewery B.V. Holland and is now part of Heineken.”
